• INTERVIEWER NETWORK
  IDRA Research has a network of more than 350 interviewers covering all the regions of Albania. They have been filtered out as the best ones after trainings and fieldwork experience. IDRA employs supervisors who are in charge of coordinating and monitoring a certain number of interviewers based on a geographic coverage.

  IDRA Research uses the following qualitative and quantitative data collection techniques:

  - monitoring (Radio, TV, Newspapers)
  


• FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT
  IDRA has two offices in Tirana. In one of them, there is a complete facility for focus groups with audio-video recording and TV sets for the clients to watch the groups. Simultaneous translation from professional interpreters is offered.
  IDRA possesses all the necessary software packages for data entry and processing. The main software used is SPSS. The work of data operators is done over a network of 12 computers.

  IDRA has an established network of partners in the region and beyond which allows to provide services even in other countries, including Kosovo, Montenegro, FYROM, Bulgaria, Serbia, etc.
